#1: REGISTRATION

a. Find the registration page on the web site and submit the registration form.
b. Mail a check made payable to Hot Hearts- Texarkana, to P.O. Box 369, Texarkana, TX 75504.
c. Upon receipt of your check, a return confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
d. The first come, first serve basis will be governed by the registration confirmation and based on payment received order.
e. Should you not have access to the internet, simply call Kevin’s numbers: 903-792-6996 or 903-278-6155. Your confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of your check.

#2: EXPLANATION OF TICKETS

a. Tickets are “wristbands” your youth and counselors will wear the entire weekend.
b. No ticket/bands are mailed. Upon arrival, please locate the registration table right inside the Atrium entrance. (Just follow the instructions of the parking lot attendants and then the signs as you enter) The registration table is organized by church name with a registration packet containing the wristbands, schedule, and other information being provided to the registering youth leader.
c. Individuals or late arrivers – Due to the youth lifestyle and school schedules we always have a few individual who need to arrive late and separated from their group. Using the registration packet envelope, simply write the names of those individuals on the outside of the packet, place the wristbands back in to the envelope, and we will be glad to dispense them for you. (If you can let us know the proximity of your group in the sanctuary, we can help get those individuals to you also)

#3. ADDITIONAL TICKETS

a. The event has sold out in recent years, therefore please make personal contact regarding the possibility of any last minute additions or subtractions. Through Thursday, February 3rd, please call Kevin Myers at 903-792-6996 or 903-278-6155 (cell) for the possibility of any additional tickets.
b. We have established a “Waiting List” and will operate under the first come (call) first serve basis.
c. If a waiting list is established, we will refund tickets up to the number on the waiting list. We cannot guarantee and full refund.

#4. ARRIVAL – CHECK-IN – STUDENT DROP-OFF

a. The volunteer staff of FBC will make this easy for you. Just follow their instructions.
b. The student drop-off and registration entrance will be the FBC Atrium entrance off Cowhorn Creek Drive. You will be easily directed. Doors open at 6:00.
c. The Registration table for all Youth Ministers or leaders is directly in front of you as you enter. Tables and booth for our personalities and other organizations are in the Atrium for all the students to enjoy.

#5. CONCESSIONS

No concession area will be offered this year.  If your group is traveling from out of town and may need a snack/meal, please contact Kevin at 903-792-6996 or 903-278-6155 for help with local options..
